In recent years, over a hundred Russell Vipers have been rescued in the region. This time, a man rushed to the hospital after being bitten by one. The incident occurred on Tuesday night in Bhagalpur, where a man named Prakash Mandal was attacked by the venomous snake.
After being bitten, he grabbed the snake by its mouth and ran straight to the hospital. Despite writhing in pain on the hospital floor, he did not let go of the snake. His actions attracted a crowd at the hospital, where doctors hesitated to approach him due to the fear of the snake. Eventually, the snake was rescued, and treatment for Prakash began. Hospital sources report that his condition is critical.
