BENGALURU: A car spa owner returned Rs 10 lakh in cash and a demand draft of Rs 20 lakh to a car owner, who had left it behind, at Arishinakunte in Nelamangala taluk.
Deepak, the owner of the Toyota Fortuner SUV, had left his vehicle for ceramic coating. He had, however, left behind the cash and demand draft in the vehicle which was found by two workers of the car spa.
The owner Arun Kumar immediately called up the car owner and informed him.
“It had been three days since I had left the vehicle. I am thankful for their honesty. They called me and informed me about the cash and DD. I thank the workers and the owner Arun”, said Ranjith, who collected the cash and DD on behalf of the car owner.
