Four communist terrorists involved in BJP leader Ratan Dubey’s murder arrested

Raipur: Chhattisgarh Police apprehended four communist terrorists linked to the murder of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ratan Dubey. The incident occurred during election campaigning in Narayanpur, just days before the Chhattisgarh Assembly elections.

Ratan Dubey, the BJP’s district president in Narayanapur, was fatally attacked by unidentified communist terrorists on November 5 while campaigning for the party in Kaushalnar village. According to the police, Dubey was attacked and killed with a sharp weapon.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, responding to Dubey’s murder, criticized the then-ruling Congress government in Chhattisgarh, asserting, “The Congress government has failed to control Naxal violence. In recent times, many BJP workers have been taken away from us. A few days ago, one of our workers was shot dead.”

Earlier in October, unidentified individuals shot and killed a BJP worker in a rural area of the insurgency-hit Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki district near Rajnandgaon.
